2. Refund for Unfinished Report

If we haven’t started working on your report within a reasonable time, you can request a 100% refund within 7 days of placing your order.

3. Partial Refunds

If you decide to cancel your order before we begin, you might be eligible for a partial refund.

4. Errors or Inaccuracies

If you spot any factual errors in the work we delivered that we’re responsible for, we’ll fix the report at no additional cost.
